FAQ

Common Questions.

How do I know if my pool is leaking? +
Common signs include needing to add more than 1/4 inch of water per day (beyond normal evaporation), wet spots around the equipment pad, or unusually high water bills. We use pressure testing and dye injection to locate the exact source.
Do you repair all brands of pool equipment? +
Yes. We service and replace equipment from all major manufacturers including Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Zodiac, and Raypak, among others.
How quickly can you respond? +
We typically schedule diagnostic visits within 1–3 business days. For urgent situations like major leaks or complete equipment failure, we do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day visits.
Can a cracked pool shell be repaired? +
In most cases, yes. Hairline and structural cracks can be addressed with hydraulic cement, epoxy injection, or full patch-and-resurface depending on severity. We'll assess the damage and recommend the most durable solution.
Will my pool need to be drained for repairs? +
It depends on the repair. Many equipment and plumbing fixes can be done with water in the pool. Surface and structural repairs typically require a full or partial drain. We'll let you know upfront.
